If you own more than one shop, Business POS keeps them in one account. You see every shop together, and open any one of them in a tap.
One account, many shops
- Create each shop with its own name, currency, time zone and receipt header and footer.
- Owners see all their shops on My shops, with sales and figures across them.
- Product search across shops lets owners and managers find and edit a product in any of their shops.
Give each person the right shop
- Owners run the whole account.
- Managers run one shop: products, prices, customers, expenses, reports and the team in that shop.
- Staff sell at the till in one shop and cannot change prices or settings.
Reports for every shop
- Owners see reports across shops on screen, such as shop-wise and product-wise reports. Shop reports can be downloaded as PDF or CSV.
Questions
Do I need a separate login for each shop?
No. One owner login opens all of your shops. Managers and staff sign in with their own login and see only their shop.
Can a manager see another manager's shop?
No. A manager only sees the shop they are assigned to. Owners can see every shop.
